Eric O’Neill

Cybersecurity Expert, Legendary FBI Operative Featured in the Film Breach, Bestselling Author, Technology Futurist and Attorney

Eric O’Neill is a cybersecurity expert, legendary FBI operative, attorney, and founder of The Georgetown Group and Nexasure AI. He works with organizations to protect themselves against cybercriminals, whose total thefts constitute the world’s third largest economy.

Eric began his career in the FBI as a graduate of the FBI’s Intelligence Program and spent the first five years as a field operative tasked to surveil and monitor foreign, national, and domestic terrorists and spies. Eric transitioned to direct undercover work with a singular assignment: catch his new boss, Robert Hanssen, a 25-year veteran of the FBI, in the act of espionage with the Russians. Eric’s edge-of-your seat story is featured in the dramatic thriller, Breach, starring Ryan Philippe and Laura Linney. The film is set inside the FBI and reveals the story of the greatest security breach in US history. Eric details it all in his acclaimed book, Gray Day: My Undercover Mission to Expose America’s First Cyber Spy.

After serving as a national security strategist for several companies, Eric founded The Georgetown Group, an investigative and security consultancy in Washington, DC specializing in counterintelligence operations, economic espionage, cybersecurity penetrations, AI-fueled attacks, internal investigations, and security risk assessment. His upcoming book, The Invisible Threat: Secrets from a Spyhunter in an AI World is set to publish in 2025.

Kim Lear

Generations Expert and Corporate Speaker

Kim Lear is a writer, researcher, and the founder of Inlay Insights. She is known for skillfully weaving eye-opening statistics, insightful stories, and relevant case studies to make presentations come alive. Previously, Kim was the content director at BridgeWorks, a research firm dedicated to generational and millennial trends. Her undergrad research focused on baby boomers and longevity, and her post-grad work centered on millennials and social media trends. She is currently in her ninth year of a longitudinal study on leadership.

In addition to speaking, Kim was head of research on the book Gen Z @ Work. She has written whitepapers on generational wealth transfer, retirement trends, and Gen Z’s impact on higher education. Kim is the writer of the popular Substack, Kids These Days. She has been featured on NPR and national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, USA Today, and TIME magazine. She is a highly sought-after generational expert and serves as an advisor to FORE, an AI startup focused on predictive analytics for attrition. She also volunteers for The 78 Cents Project, an organization dedicated to helping young women develop strong presentation skills. 

Brian Beaulieu

CEO, ITR Economics

Brian Beaulieu has served as CEO and Chief Economist of ITR Economics since 1987, where he researches the use of business cycle analysis and economic forecasting as tools for improving profitability. Brian has shared his highly valued research results via presentations, workshops, and seminars in numerous countries to hundreds of thousands of business owners and executives for the last 40 years.

Prior to joining ITR Economics, Brian served as an economist for the US Department of Labor, where he worked on the health-care component of the Consumer Price Index. Brian has coauthored, with Alan Beaulieu, the books Prosperity in the Age of Decline, Make Your Move, and, for children, But I Want It!
